EVERY successful entrepreneur I have met will tell you mindset is everything. Are you looking for the magic bullet? Done. It’s all in your head!
FAILURE WAS NEVER AN OPTION. Those who describe success early on in their biz will tell you they never let the idea of failure creep in.
YOU ARE WHO YOU SURROUND YOURSELF BY. Another “secret” ingredient for successful entrepreneurs. They are not hanging with the naysayers, instead, they are seeking those who desire to be great and doing something about it. And they are doing anything, trying, failing and just taking action!
HIGH VIBE ALL THE TIME. At the end of the day, we all just want to feel good. And LIKE attracts LIKE. If you are feeling good in your mind, body and spirit others will be attracted to your energy. It becomes infectious. Please do not argue with me on this one, we are in the biz of holistic healing and I KNOW you get the energy thing.
BE THE BRIGHT LIGHT, and all the moths will flock to you. Again, high vibe.
If you are stuck, wondering how to climb your way out of a mindset disaster……here are some of the things I am doing right now to break the ceiling and take it to another level of mindset mastery in my biz:
I hired a coach to not only work on my biz, but help get me out of my own way (at every level of growth you will find a ceiling to break through)
I spend 30 minutes each day reading manifestation statements and affirmation statements
I schedule time to eat and take breaks (self-care is critical)
I schedule 30 minutes of me time to do something I love (coloring books have been popular lately and baking)
I not only set goals for my biz, but I set rewards. It is all about feeling good!
I utilize tapping when I am feeling low energy or having a low vibe day to raise it up to rockstar status, I also love essential oils to boost my mood
I have my goals and what I want to manifest on sticky notes all over my office
I invest time in reading mindset, money and abundance related books. Most recently: The Big Leap, E squared, Think and Grow Rich (again)
I talk out loud to my peers about my challenges and fears (yes, this occurs at all levels in your biz)
I make no excuses. If I am not seeing the results I desire, the finger gets pointed at me and no one else.
There is so much to dive in to on this topic. Hit me with your specific questions below! Bottom line, do not get in your own way. You likely have a fear of failure or fear or success or both. No more of that.
This week Michelle discusses the importance of orchestrating a WOW experience for your clients. Staying top of mind to your clients is a challenge, especially with all the marketing messages we are constantly exposed to minute by minute and the fast-paced nature of our society today. Learning to engage your clients on a consistent basis and providing a memorable experience with you and your wellness biz, places you ahead of the competition. It provides you the opportunity to no longer compete on price. It gets your clients coming back for more, referring their family and friends and buying more from you more often. Hell ya! Who can say no to that!?
I heard about Facebook Ads and had tried to boost a post and get more pages likes without much success. I never really saw RESULTS from it and could not understand why so many were excited about using this channel to market their business. Until I started to learn from the experts how they were using them effectively – which involved much more than boosting a post. So I decided to go all in and commit to a true campaign and perfect my sales funnel.
Here is the story of my first attempt using a Facebook Ads campaign to build my list and drive leads to my business.
I outsourced the set up and management. There is no way I wanted to make the time to learn the ins and outs and micro manage the ad performance.
Plus, learn from the experts and then take the reins if you desire – that’s how I feel anyway. But I can tell you, this is one task I never want to take on!
I spent $296.13 learning which groups were responsive and if they were, what photos and ad copy resonated. There were 6 different ads for 16 different groups (96 different ads).
We took the best performing ads and spent another $253.85 and ended up abruptly stopping the ads after realizing the conversion rates were not correct because I incorrectly set up the link in leadpages. So the results were not as great as we thought! THIS IS NOT UNCOMMON AND PART OF THE PROCESS!
Given the results were poor, we took what we learned and built a new ad campaign. We spent $341.48 to test the new versions (with the correct links), there were 8 different ads and each had 3 different versions (24 total) where various copy was tested.
Finally, we kicked off the final campaign in 4 different countries, 7 different ads in each country. Over a month or so it became clear which one ad in the set performed best in each market. I spent $3420.51.
This first attempt built my list by nearly 1000 and brought in one client at $5000.
I was still in the red after my first attempt if you factor in the cost of outsourcing.
I can tell you over time you keep building on what you learn and the ads continue to become more and more profitable as long as you have a SOLID SALES FUNNEL.
So yes, Facebook ads are a great way to grow your business. To accomplish this, it takes diligence and commitment to uncovering what performs best with your target audience.
